The newest listing in the Hollywood Riviera is on the oceanfront street of Paseo De La Playa but unfortunately not on the oceanfront side. This single family home is located at the top of the hill, but it will definitely have to be determined if this size home without any real view can support such a big price.

February 2022 was another very slow month in terms of the number of homes closing escrow in the Hollywood Riviera. There were a grand total of 4 closed sales compared which was certainly an improvement over January with only 1 sold home. By comparison January 2021 had 11 home sales and February 2021 had 7.
The average “asking” price was $1,647,000 with the average sold price at an astounding $1,933,750 meaning that, in general, homes sold dramatically higher than the list price. The average price per foot was $1053.
