22 Active Listing the Most in Hollywood Riviera Since 2020

Not since the covid days of 2020 have we seen more homes for sale than the current 22 (as of 4/27) in the Hollywood Riviera.  Last month had 19 homes for sale which was a high point for the past 3 years, but the current home inventory was last topped in September 2020.  April is the 4th straight month with an increase in the active homes for sale in the Hollywood Riviera compared to the prior month.

6 Homes Sell at $1,890,167 average

Welcome to the real estate market recap for the Hollywood Riviera.  There were 6 home sales in December which was the same as November and only one less than October.

The average “list” price was $1,872,500 and the average sold price was $1,890,167 which was a pretty big drop from $2,288,717 in November, but that was an unusually big month.

The average price per foot was $938 which was right on target with previous months.

The average days on market for the homes that sold was  60 days but the median days on market was an ultra brief 5.
