September 2024 Real Estate Market in the Hollywood Riviera
9 Homes Sell at $1,677,222 average
The real estate market in the Hollywood Riviera picked up the pace just a bit from with 9 closed escrows in September compared with only 3 in August.
The average “list” price was $1,706,333 and the average sold price was $1,677,222 which was a drop from $1,759,243 in August and a big drop from the extremely high June average sold price of $2,685,250.
The average price per foot was $1,085 which is pretty much on track.
The average days on market for the homes that sold was an extremely short 19 days before going into escrow.
