Well there are slow real estate months….and then there was January. Always a slower month due to the fact that most buyers pause their search during the December holiday season, the 2023 version took it to a new level. There was a whopping one home that closed escrow in January. Yikes. Hopefully things will pick up as the weather warms up and the Super Bowl is behind us.

It was a fairly typical year in terms of the number of homes that sold, but prices were impressive to say the least.
