Welcome to the real estate market recap for the Hollywood Riviera.  There were 6 home sales in December which was the same as November and only one less than October.

The average “list” price was $1,872,500 and the average sold price was $1,890,167 which was a pretty big drop from $2,288,717 in November, but that was an unusually big month.

The average price per foot was $938 which was right on target with previous months.

The average days on market for the homes that sold was  60 days but the median days on market was an ultra brief 5.

Things slowed a bit in the Hollywood Riviera real estate market with 6 home sales in November compared with 7 in October.

The average “list” price was $2,385,167 and the average sold price was huge at $2,288,717 which was even higher than the very impressive $2,154,753 in October.

The average price per foot was $1071 which also a big jump from previous months.

The average days on market for the homes that sold was  53 days before going into escrow.
