An Abundance of $3.0M+ homes currently on the market
Although some of the homes on the market just don’t come along very often (and happen to still be on the market as they’re priced in a range that most just simply can’t afford) it’s pretty amazing that 6 of the current homes for sale in the Hollywood Riviera are priced over $3,000,000 with some WAY over that mark. Take a look at these high end homes. It’s unusual to have several oceanfront homes for sale on Paseo De La Playa at the same time but as most have been on the market for some time now they tend to sway the numbers a bit.

Take a quick look at the real estate market in Redondo Beach during the month of March 2021. It was a great month in terms of both the number of homes that sold as well as the home prices. There were 100 closed home sales in Redondo with another 115 going into escrow meaning that April sales should be even higher. The median home price for the homes that sold was an impressive $1,330,000.
