4 Homes Sell at $2,142,000 average
Welcome to the February 2025 real estate market recap for the Hollywood Riviera. It was a slower month with only 4 homes selling in February.
The average “list” price was $2,159,000 and the average sold price was $2,142,000 which was a big drop from $2,866,056 in January but way up from $1,890,167 in December.
The average price per foot was $1228 which was up from previous months.
The average days on market for the homes that sold was a super short 17 days before going into escrow.
