We took a look at this new listing from John Briscoe of Re/Max Estate Properties and thought it was a great one. Built in 1955 and pretty much looking like a house built in 1955 it’s all about potential and location.

Although it’s on the east side (not the ocean side) of Paseo De La Playa it sits right at the base so it offers some big views down the coastline and of the ocean.

Although it’s clean and appears to be in good shape, the home is definitely either a big remodel project or the site of future new construction.

Priced at $2,699,000 it’s definitely the future site of something special.

Homes We Love: 103 Via Mesa Grande

We have always been fans of homes that look the part….coastal architecture that looks like it was meant to be in the neibhorhood….and homes that don’t overwhelm the lot (i.e. mansionization).
