6 closed sales at $1,781,250 average price

Take a look below at the homes that sold in the Hollywood Riviera during the month of March 2023.
It was finally back to being a pretty typical month with 6 closed sales compared to only 2 in February and none in January….both historically slow.
The average “list” price was $1,712,983 with the average sold price at $1,750,817 meaning that homes generally sold for well above list price much like the norm in 2022. The average price per foot was $1027 and average days on market was a VERY short 14 days before going into escrow. What a year it was for the Hollywood Riviera real estate market in terms of both the number of home sales and the prices that they sold for.   There were 92 homes homes that sold during the year.  It was a fairly typical year in terms of the number of homes that sold, but prices were impressive to say the least.

The average listing price was $1,955,040 with the average sold price at $2,006,926. The average price per foot was $1011 and homes averaged only 26 days on market before going into escrow.

An average home price over $2,000,000…….incredible.
