We don’t see a lot of homes come on the market in the small gated community of Riviera Beach Colony but the home located at 411 Paseo Miramar just closed escrow and was the highest priced home sale in the Hollywood Riviera during May.
The location of the Riviera Beach Colony is pretty ideal being just steps to the beach and a very short distance to the charming shopping and dining area of Riviera Village.
It’s a unique community for the area as it’s one of the few gated communities in the Redondo Beach area and it has a much quieter feel than the surrounding neighborhoods.
