9 Homes Sell at $1,771,017 average
July picked up the pace just a bit from with 9 closed escrows compared with 6 in June and only 4 homes selling in May.
The average “list” price was $1,755,556 and the average sold price was $1,771,017 which was big drop from the June average of $2,685,250.
The average price per foot was $950 which, not surprisingly, was down from $1,173 in June.
The average days on market for the homes that sold was a brief 17 days.
