The average “list” price was $2,952,362 and the average sold price was $2,866,056 which was way up from  $1,890,167 in December and $2,288,717 in November.

The average price per foot was $1126 which was up from previous months.

The average days on market for the homes that sold was  a lengthy 82 days but the median days on market was a brief 32.
