The average “list” price was fairly incredible at $2,417,000 with the average sold price at $2,435,700 meaning that, in general, homes sold WAY above the original list price.

The average price per foot was $1133 and average days on market was a very brief 16 days before going into pending status.

The average “list” price was fairly incredible at $2,081,111 with the average sold price at $2,219,064 meaning that, in general, homes sold WAY above the original list price.

Hollywood Riviera’s Top Sale of the Month – 1903 Camino De La Costa # A, Redondo Beach Sells at $3.2M

The top home sale of March in the Hollywood Riviera was surprisingly a new construction townhome.  Usually prices over $3.0M are definitely reserved for single family homes with an ocean view.  This was a very high end luxury townhome just a block to the shopping and dining of Riviera Village and only a few blocks to the beach, but regardless of the location…..this was a HUGE number for a townhome not on the Eplanade or Paseo De La Playa.  The home offered 4 bedrooms plus an office with high end finishes throughout.  There was not view from the interior but did have an ocean view roof top deck.  The home sold before it hit the market and closed at a pretty amazing $3.2M.

February 2022 was another very slow month in terms of the number of homes closing escrow in the Hollywood Riviera.  There were a grand total of 4 closed sales compared which was certainly an improvement over January with only 1 sold home.  By comparison January 2021 had 11 home sales and February 2021 had 7.

The average “asking” price was $1,647,000 with the average sold price at an astounding $1,933,750 meaning that, in general, homes sold dramatically higher than the list price. The average price per foot was $1053.
