January was a great month for real estate in Redondo Beach especially in terms of the home prices of the homes that sold during the month. In terms of the number of homes that sold it was slower than the prior months but that’s not unusual as the holidays really slow the homes going into esrow during December. 2020 Redondo Beach Real Estate Market Review
Welcome to the real estate recap for Redondo Beach in 2020. It was an incredible year for the Redondo Beach real estate market with 829 on MLS home and property sales compared with 861 in 2019. The median sales price was a very impressive $1,250,000. The homes only averaged 29 days on market before selling and the average price per foot was up quite a bit from 2019 to $651 a foot in 2020.

September Home Sales and Property Prices in Redondo Beach
September 2020 was a big month for home sales in the coastal community of Redondo Beach. There were a very impressive 110 home, townhome and condo sales during the month. Compare that with just 63 sales in September of 2019! Equally impressive was the median home sales price of $1,249,000 and only 27 days on market.
