7 closed sales at $1,781,250 average price

The average “list” price was $2,018,000 with the average sold price at $1,972,000 which was considerably higher than the June average of $1,857,355 and $1,780,138 in May. So much for interest rates slowing the market.

The average price per foot was $960 and average days on market was an EXTREMELY brief 15 days before going into escrow.

The top sale of the months was $3,375,000 for a single family on Via La Selva.

Take a look below at the homes that sold in the Hollywood Riviera during the month of May 2023.

May was a being closer to a typical month with 8 closed sales compared to only 2 in February and none in January….both historically slow.

The average “list” price was $1,795,082 with the average sold price at $1,857,355 compared with $1,780,138 in May. The June numbers mean that homes generally sold for WAY above list price.  So much for a market slow down.

The average price per foot was $1047 and average days on market was a VERY brief 18 days before going into escrow.

The top sale of the months was $3,300,000 for a single family on Via Los Miradores. The Lowest price of the month was $1,250,000 for a condo in Cote D’Azur located at 645 Paseo De La Playa…..the oceanfront street in the Hollywood Riviera.
