Only One Home Sold in the Hollywood Riviera in January

See the one home that sold in the Hollywood Riviera last month

There are slow months…..and then there was January 2022.  There was only one property that closed escrow in the Hollywood Riviera during the entire month.

The only closed sale was a 2 bedroom townhome at 434 Calle Miramar in the Village Palos Verdes complex.  The location of this complex is great as it’s just blocks to the ocean and beach but does get a bit of road noise.  This 2 bedroom unit is the smallest layout with a bit under 1,400 square feet.  Some units have great ocean views but unfortunately 434 Calle Mirarmar didn’t offer any ocean views but certainly enjoys the beach breezes and weather.
