We had the chance to tour this home this week and liked it quite a bit. The home is a mix of updated with some original features.

The average “list” price was $2,018,000 with the average sold price at $1,972,000 which was considerably higher than the June average of $1,857,355 and $1,780,138 in May. So much for interest rates slowing the market.
The average price per foot was $960 and average days on market was an EXTREMELY brief 15 days before going into escrow.
