The Hollywood Riviera real estate market coooled a bit in September 2026, with home values continuing to hold over $2.0M. A total of 7 homes sold during the month.
The average “asking” price was $2,031,571 and the average sold price was $2,030,714 compared with $1,982,114 in August.
The average sale closed at 102% of the asking price, indicating that we are still in a “seller’s market”.
With inventory remaining exceptionally tight and buyer demand staying resilient, the Hollywood Riviera housing market continues to favor sellers.
The average price per foot in September was $1,070 and the average days on market for the homes that sold was 47.

The latest condo sale in the Hollywood Riviera was a single level condo in the Cote D’ Azur Villas complex on Paseo De La Playa. We didn’t have the chance to take a look as the home sold before hitting the market but based on the photos it was a cosmetic fixer with unbelievable ocean and PV views.
We are suckers for big ocean view homes and this one has a big and beautiful ocean view for sure.
