It was finally back to being a pretty typical month with 6 closed sales compared to only 2 in February and none in January….both historically slow.
The average “list” price was $1,712,983 with the average sold price at $1,750,817 meaning that homes generally sold for well above list price much like the norm in 2022. The average price per foot was $1027 and average days on market was a VERY short 14 days before going into escrow. Big Price for a 1951 Remodeled Home in the Hollywood Riviera

1,850 Sq Ft 3 Bedroom remodeled home gets a big number at $2,150,000

While this wasn’t the highest priced home sale in the Hollywood Riviera for November it was definitely worth mentioning.  At only 1,850 sq feet this is usually a price you would see on a home with a view but that wasn’t the case here.  

It was a very nicely updated and renovated home with a great front yard and a nice open layout.

The home last sold for $2,100,000 in June of 2021 and ironically was listed at the time by the agent that just represented the buyer and reverse for the recent listing agent.

Average prices were WAY down from July but that’s not unusual given the limited number of homes that sold.  The average “list” price was $1,727,833 with the average sold price at $1,705,202 meaning that, in general, homes sold less than full price. The average price per foot was $834 (down from July’s $1050) and average days on market was 32 days before going into pending status.
