45th Annual Riviera Village Summer Festival 2023

June 23rd: 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm
June 24th: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm
June 25th: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

June 23rd is like kick-off for the weekend. There will be entertainment and the beer garden and carnival will be open. No vendors on Friday.

This street festival features over 300 exhibitors, high end Arts and Crafts booths, Beer & Wine Garden with LIVE Entertainment throughout the day, International Food Court, Carnival rides for the kids, and as always Admission is FREE to attend.

Located just one block away from the Pacific Ocean in beautiful South Redondo Beach, CA
Exhibits along Catalina Avenue, Avenue I, Avenida del Norte, Vista del Mar

Beach Cities Health District – Blue Zones encourages walking or biking to the event.

May was a being closer to a typical month with 8 closed sales compared to only 2 in February and none in January….both historically slow.

The average “list” price was $1,705,875 with the average sold price at $1,780,138 meaning that homes generally sold for WAY above list price. So much for a market slow down.

The average price per foot was $1041 and average days on market was a brief 33 days before going into escrow.

The top sale of the months was a single family at 114 Via Monte D’Oro that closed for $2564,100.
