It was a great month for home sales and property prices in Redondo Beach. It was slower than the previous year with only 79 home sales compared with a pretty incredible 110 in September 2020. The median sales price was $1,375,000 compared with $1,149,000 a year earlier. Homes averaged only 14 days on market before going into escrow. Arboles that was listed for $2,695,000 and closed at $2,650,000. The home was built in 1997 and offered 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and approximately 3,285 square feet on a 6,000 foot lot. The home didn’t last long and went into escrow after 10 days on the market.
