For the Second Straight Month The Top Home Sale New Construction Attached Townhome
Well we thought the sale of the front “A” unit in March for $3.2M was maybe a one off but for the second straight month the top home sale in the Hollywood Riviera was an attached townhome. The only townhomes or condos we’ve seen in this range had been for oceanfront Esplanade units so these latest sales are pretty amazing. This was a very high end luxury townhome just a block west of the shopping and dining of Riviera Village and only a few blocks to the beach, but regardless of the location…..these are HUGE numbers for a townhome…..especially an attached townhome with shared walls! The home offered 4 bedrooms plus an office with high end finishes throughout. There was not view from the interior but did have an ocean view roof top deck. The home sold before it hit the market and closed at a pretty amazing $3.2M.
