1,850 Sq Ft 3 Bedroom remodeled home gets a big number at $2,150,000
While this wasn’t the highest priced home sale in the Hollywood Riviera for November it was definitely worth mentioning. At only 1,850 sq feet this is usually a price you would see on a home with a view but that wasn’t the case here.
It was a very nicely updated and renovated home with a great front yard and a nice open layout.
The home last sold for $2,100,000 in June of 2021 and ironically was listed at the time by the agent that just represented the buyer and reverse for the recent listing agent.

oceanfront home the top sale of the Month in Redondo Beach

Without question, Paseo De La Playa is one of our favorite streets in all of the South Bay and Southern California. The homes on the west side of the street have unblocked panoramic views from Palos Verdes to Malibu. The lots are huge…..extending all the way to the beach. The homes have privacy that’s impossible along the Esplanade or the Strand in Hermosa and Manhattan and its not nearly as far out as some of the oceanfront homes in Palos Verdes.
Listed by Christina Schlank of Vista Sotheby’s 517 Paseo De La Playa was one of the best homes on the best street. Incredible indoor and outdoor spaces in a luxurious but casual beach home. Views were endless.
This home was built in 1962 but underwent an almost total remodel in 2010 and still looks and feels lke a new home.
