We don’t see a lot of homes come on the market in the small gated community of Riviera Beach Colony but the home located at 411 Paseo Miramar just went into escrow for a second time. 

The location of the Riviera Beach Colony is pretty ideal being just steps to the beach and a very short distance to the charming shopping and dining area of Riviera Village.   

It’s a unique community for the area as it’s one of the few gated communities in the Redondo Beach area and it has a much quieter feel than the surrounding neighborhoods.
