The home offered 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and almost 3,000 square feet on a nice sloping 6,657 foot lot. Listed for $2,400,000 the home closed escrow in October for $2,301,000.

The highest priced home sale of the month was a single family at 602 Calle De Arboles that was listed for $2,695,000 and closed at $2,650,000. The home was built in 1997 and offered 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and approximately 3,285 square feet on a 6,000 foot lot. The home didn’t last long and went into escrow after 10 days on the market.

Homes averaged only 12 days on market before going into escrow. The top sale of the month was a beachfront home located at 2316 The Strand, Manhattan Beach 90266 which closed at $2,650,000.
