Redondo Beach January Real Estate At a Glance

January was a great month for  real estate in Redondo Beach especially in terms of the home prices of the homes that sold during the month.  In terms of the number of homes that sold it was  slower than the prior months but that’s not unusual as the holidays really slow the homes going into esrow during December.  There were 62 on market home sales compared with a very low 35 sales during the previous January.  View addresses, prices and details of the homes that sold in all of Redondo Beach during January.

January Home Update – Hollywood Riviera Property Sales and Home Prices

It was a fairly typical month in the Hollywood Riviera real estate market in January with 11 sold homes to start out the year. That was certainly much higher than the 5 sales in December but about average compared with previous months. The median home “asking” price was $1,329,000 with the median “sold” price at $1,388,500 showing just how favorable the market is for sellers. The median price per foot was an impressive $845.

2020 Redondo Beach Real Estate Market Review

Welcome to the real estate recap for Redondo Beach in 2020.  It was an incredible year for the Redondo Beach real estate market with 829 on MLS home and property sales compared with 861 in 2019.  The median sales price was a very impressive $1,250,000.  The homes only averaged 29 days on market before selling and the average price per foot was up quite a bit from 2019 to $651 a foot in 2020.
