It’s not surprise that the highest priced home sale of the year in the Hollywood Riviera was a beachfront property on Paseo De La Playa. 529 Paseo De La Playa closed at $5,650,000 after a very brief time on the market listed at $5,800,000. It was fairly original but as the pictures indicate…..the views, the views the views. It also had extensive work done on the bluff to protect from erosion and allow a path to the beach so this is definitely going to be spectacular in the future.
