There’s a neighborhood in Torrance that looks and feels a lot like the Hollywood Riviera, but homes are definitely more affordable.  Sitting on the hillside of the PV peninsula just down the road is the relatively unknown neighborhood of Victoria Knolls.    It’s a bit out of the way which is good and bad….as it’s does add to drive time for commuters.  The home has been nicely remodeled and has some great city views from the front yard and front of the home.
