September 2025 Real Estate Market in the Hollywood Riviera
Average home price in the Hollywood Riviera at $3,447,930
Welcome to the Hollywood Riviera real estate recap for September 2025. It was a slower month for the number of homes that sold but a HUGE month for the average prices that they sold for.
There were only 6 home sales in September compared with 11 in August. The average “asking” price was $3,491,000 and the average sold price was $3,447,930 which was MASSIVE….compare that to $2,086,098 in August.
That number was very skewed however given the fewer number of homes that sold and the fact that one was an oceanfront home on 631 Paseo De La Playa that closed at $9,700,000.
The average price per foot was $1228 and the average days on market for the homes that sold was 65 days before going into escrow.
