May was another solid month for home sales in the Hollywood Riviera. We saw 13 home sales with an average list price of $1,410,000 and an average sales price of 
$1,404,00 which indicates that we’re still in a strong sellers market. The average days on market was 30 and median days on market was only 17 again indicating a very strong market and we’re just heading into the summer selling season.

The lowest priced home was a single family with 1,467 square feet on Greenmeadows that sold for $945,000 with the highest sale of the month was a single family at 832 Calle De Arboles that sold at their list price of $2,500,000.
