We recently posted that 505 Paseo De La Playa, a single family oceanfront home on the bluffs above Torrance Beach was back on the market. Now it’s back off of the market so we’ll keep our eye on this one.

As with many of the sales on Paseo De La Playa it’s an older home in fairly original condition but it’s tough to beat the location. It offers 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and almost 3,200 square feet on an expansive 26,985 square foot lot (BTV) that stretches all the way to the beach.
