10 Homes Sell in the Hollywood Riviera at $2,314,300 Average Price
Welcome to the Hollywood Riviera real estate recap for the first month of 2026. It was a slow month for the number of homes that sold, but that was not surprising as homes don’t tend to sell/go into escrow in December.
There were 4 home sales in January compared with 10 in December and5 in November.
The average “asking” price was $1,805,000 and the average sold price was $1,775,125 which was down from $2,314,300 in December but up from $1,324,967 in November.
The average price per foot in December was $1083 and the average days on market for the homes that sold was 61.
