The top home sale of March in the Hollywood Riviera was surprisingly a new
construction townhome. Usually prices over $3.0M are definitely reserved for single family homes with an ocean view. This was a very high end luxury townhome just a block to the shopping and dining of Riviera Village and only a few blocks to the beach, but regardless of the location…..this was a HUGE number for a townhome not on the Eplanade or Paseo De La Playa. The home offered 4 bedrooms plus an office with high end finishes throughout. There was not view from the interior but did have an ocean view roof top deck. The home sold before it hit the market and closed at a pretty amazing $3.2M.
